The short version: SpinPlay does not collect, store, or sell any personal data. No accounts, no tracking, no cookies. You open the page, you play, you leave. That’s it.
Who we are
SpinPlay is a free, browser-based party game platform available at spinpartyz.com. We build simple, no-download games for groups. There is no company account, no login wall, and no paywall for the core experience.
What data we collect
We collect nothing that identifies you personally.
- No name, email, or phone number is requested or stored.
- Player names entered during a game session exist only in your browser’s memory and are discarded the moment you close or refresh the tab.
- No game results, scores, or choices are sent to any server.
- No cookies are set by SpinPlay itself.
Third-party services
SpinPlay uses Google Fonts to load typefaces (Fraunces and DM Sans). This means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers to download font files. Google may log this request as part of their standard infrastructure. We have no control over Google’s data practices. You can review Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
No analytics platforms, advertising networks, or third-party tracking scripts are loaded on SpinPlay.
Hosting & server logs
Like any website, our web host may collect standard server access logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and infrastructure management. We do not use them to build profiles or track individual users across sessions.
Children
SpinPlay is intended for general audiences and includes content modes appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal information from any user, no special handling for children is required beyond our standard no-data approach.
Changes to this policy
If we ever introduce features that change how data is handled (such as account creation or analytics), this policy will be updated before those features launch, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the change.
